Very rare and typically not done for shops.

Steve painted a few for the guys in the shop as X-mas presents but cautioned not to even bother asking for them for the store.

What's so special about the "white" looking color? It looks like plain white or maybe pearl white to me. Also, just an observation, but 2 of those colors look like a blatant copy of Tattoo's Radioactive and Zuri colors, no?

As far as colors go in my opinion their is no blatant copying. I reserve that for when someone copies a plug design or something.

I don't think copying a color qualifies as "ripping-off" another builder. You don't see whover invented white w/ red head getting offended (who ever it was). The Gibbs "pro" needle, now that's a rip off.

I agree with that quote 100%, but sometimes you have to be careful. Some people assume because a plug looks 100% like another plug that it is a rip off, but when you look at the details it is vastly different (wood, weighting, length and girth, swimming action,etc.), just the profile is similiar to the untrained eye.

Its better to Habs than to Gibbs.

yeah, but its the intent. just because they didn't make it the same as the habs, doesn't mean that they were not copieing the look to capitalize on the habs' popularity. i think that there's more to the story, but whatever it is, it still rubs me the wrong way.

colors are definately fair game (just look at the bone over orange rage of two years ago). I'm surprised the Yo-zuri hasn't chimed in and asked tattoo to get rid of the "Zuri" name, though.

black and chartruse ss needle looks pretty sweet.
