After the Catch

This is a very informative site with a bunch of knowledge and advice on how to CATCH fish. I was wondering if it would be possible to do a segment on YouTube on cleaning/filleting fish. I am used to filleting freshwater fish, and could use a few tips on cleaning them big ol' stripers and other common fish that lurk in our ocean. Just a thought.

I know there are some YouTube videos already out there that do a great job on this topic. I can tell you one thing:

DO NOT throw the carcass in the dumpster behind where you work. The SWE has had to learn this one the hard way
