The Saltwater Edge was established in 1992 to share our passion for saltwater fishing. We have moved and expanded several times since the early days on Thames Street in Newport and are now located at 47 Valley Road in Middletown, Rhode Island. As always we offer a very complete selection of surfcasting and fly fishing tackle, waders and wading accessories for the striped bass fisherman. Over the years our selection has evolved to include tackle for bluefin tuna, bonito, albies, fluke, tautog and bluefish; including a selection of frozen baits and live eels
